What does every person do every day? Every day, every person
all around the world does a few of the same things. Among those things are
breathing, pumping blood, drinking liquids, eating foods, and sleeping. A few
of those are very entertaining things for some people, and for many different
reasons. For me, one of those things is very entertaining, and that is eating.
Eating is something that can be very enjoyable, and help
pass the time, and is therefore entertaining. Now, I am not trying to say to
eat and eat and eat and eat, because that is just unhealthy. However, food
tastes good, and I enjoy eating good tasting food, so it therefore entertains
me to do so. I know that many people very much enjoy eating foods as well, and
there are lots and lots and lots of different types of foods out there. There
are salads, fruits, vegetables, grains, wheats, meats, and many more different
kinds of foods. One of those foods that I very much enjoy is meats, but more
specifically I very much enjoy eating ribs.
The other night I had a rack or so of ribs, and they were
amazing. They were falling off the bone with every single bite, so much that in
order to eat the ribs you had to pick up the meat separately from the bone, and
the bone would just fall out in doing so. These ribs were tender. They were so
flavorful too, they hit the spot.
In order to make these amazing ribs, a lot of the process is
in choosing the right rack of ribs. This varies from location to location and
person to person, so I am going to start with once you have the ribs. You need
to peel off the membrane of the ribs, and try to leave some of the fat still on
the meat for the flavor. After removing the membrane, you are to apply an Applewood
smoke rub to the ribs. Apply more to the bone side of the rack of ribs, as the
rub will not be as affective on that side. Then, wrap the ribs in tin foil and make
sure the tin foil is so very tightly wrapped around the rack of ribs as to
prevent the juices from escaping. Place the ribs in the oven for about two and half
hours at about three hundred degrees temperature, and then remove the ribs from
the oven. Put some barbeque sauce on the ribs and place for about five minutes
on a grill with the meat side down. Take the rack of ribs off the grill after
five minutes, serve, and enjoy! A great way to entertain yourself and to enjoy
yourself!
